Join United Way of Greater Atlanta’s African-American Partnership for Meeting of the Minds, a best practice sharing session for African-American Business/Employee Resource Group (Lead) Officers. This session will feature vigorous debate and discussion on embracing change in the following key areas:

Artificial Intelligence: Getting ahead of the curve and addressing potential biases

The Future of DEI: Specific forward facing strategies and tactics to position resource groups as a part of the organizations vision

Strategic Storytelling: Creating a narrative that highlights value to mentors and allies

Organizational Team Effectiveness: Approaching structure and design in a way that supports growth mindset

To maximize corporate representation, we must limit registrants to no more than 2 participants per company (lead BRG officer and/or delegate).
