VITA Mobile Team Request

Submit a Request

  • To request a mobile team event, complete this form. 
    Minimum Requirements: 
    Must have at least 10 to 15 employees eligible for VITA services on event day. 
  • Space to conduct free tax preparation services. Space should be large enough to maintain client confidentiality and accommodate all volunteers and equipment.
  • Promote the free VITA services to your clients and/or employees at least 1 week before the scheduled event.
  • An employee or volunteer to act as a VITA Champion for the host location. This person will be the primary contact for United Way staff and will ensure all requirements are met before the event day.

Email any questions to vita@unitedwayatlanta.org. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. In the event your desired days are unavailable, we will work together to identify alternative days and times.
