Pathways to Potential Youth Grantmaker Program
Your experience is expertise, and we need your help!
What if you had the power to decide and influence how money is invested in your community?
The Pathways to Potential (P2P) Youth Grantmaker Program is a paid opportunity that gives young people the tools, space, and authority to decide how resources are invested in their communities while building leadership skills. P2P youth grantmakers do more than offer advice—they make decisions grounded in lived experience. Participants set funding priorities, review applications, interview program participants, and make final funding decisions.
As a grantmaker, you’ll work alongside other young leaders, review grant applications, conduct site visits with organizations, discuss community needs, and help direct resources to support youth in foster care and those aging out (transition-age youth) across Greater Atlanta.
What to expect:
- Weekly in-person and/or virtual meetings
- Up to three hours per meeting
- Program runs September 2026 – April 2027
- Earn up to $250 per month
You’ll gain:
- Experience making real-world funding decisions
