This year, taxpayers have four different options to choose from when accessing our free tax prep services, including Virtual VITA! This 100% virtual tax filing option is through GetYourRefund, a platform that allows eligible taxpayers to upload tax documents from home for online preparation by certified VITA preparers. The process, including a virtual or phone quality review, typically takes 7-10 days.
